Offering free 30-minute sessions for new patients, Texas Online Counseling provides Texas residents with confidential, supportive talk therapy online. You can work with a therapist online through video or telephone to get the help you need.
The counselors at Texas Online Counseling provide therapy sessions to focus on overcoming mental obstacles such as depression, anxiety, and anger issues. Improving communication between spouses and families is our goal to facilitate healing and growth in a supportive, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment. Individual sessions are geared towards helping patients eliminate emotional obstacles that limit optimal living.
